How a milestone market settles

Betting closes at the round's lock time, when a reference price is read from the token's own pool and recorded. The market cap itself is worked out once, at expiry 24 hours later: the price at that moment multiplied by the token's total supply. If that cap is at or above the threshold, YES wins; otherwise NO wins. If the price cannot be read honestly at either point, the round is cancelled and every stake is refunded in full.
